Wine Glass Charm Set Instructions
- Cut the wire
Measure and cut five pieces of wire at 10 cm each - one piece is your spare. - Make a loop
On one end of a 10 cm piece, grip the last few millimetres with round nose pliers and roll the wire into a closed loop. - Wrap around a mandrel
Place the wire against your mandrel (or round form) at the size you want and wrap it around to form a smooth circle. - Leave extra length and trim
Bring the two ends together so they meet neatly, then leave an extra 1 cm of wire and trim off the rest using side cutters. - Create the 90° bend
On the end without the loop, use snipe nose pliers to bend that extra 1 cm section to a clean 90° angle. This becomes your hook/catch. - Hook to close
Bring the looped end over and hook it onto the bent 90° section to close the piece. - Tidy up
If the cut end of the wire feels sharp, use a file to smooth it down before wearing or handling.
