Please note that if a force majeure event occurs, Kernowcraft, Royal Mail and other couriers used by Kernowcraft are not liable for any delays that are caused by the event. Reimbursement for Next Day deliveries that have been delayed due to factors out of our control cannot be processed after the order has been dispatched.
A few of our large items are shipped directly from the manufacturer like the Jeweller's Work Benches - you will find a note on the description of any relevant items to alert you to this. In this situation, we will contact you if we anticipate any delays in dispatch to discuss this before proceeding with your order.
Any items that are out of stock but are expected back into stock within a couple of weeks will be kept on back order and forwarded to you when they become available at no extra cost (UK orders only). We may hold orders if we expect an out of stock item to arrive within a couple of days, we will contact you to let you know. We reserve the right to remove out of stock items from the order if we anticipate a long delay. You will be notified if we cannot keep an item on back order. Wherever possible orders received before 12 noon will be sent the same day.
Delivery charges are based on the weight of your order and start from as little as £5.95. The website will calculate your postage cost at the checkout.
Service update: Serious delays to be expected on international deliveries, we have therefore suspended our standard delivery option and are sending all orders outside the UK with a tracked service. Some European deliveries are arriving in good time but for many international destinations there are considerable delays.

If you are ordering from a country outside the EU fiscal area, you will not have to pay VAT. You will have the VAT (currently 20%) removed from your order when you reach the payment page. The prices displayed on the product pages and in your basket include VAT (excluding books), the VAT will be removed from your order when you go through the checkout and reach the payment page.

If you are ordering from a VAT registered business within the European Union and can provide us with a valid EU VAT registration number, full company name and address, contact name, phone number and email address we can set up an account for you so you do not pay the VAT.
We will need to set up the account prior to you placing your order. Please contact us via email with all of your company information so we may validate your details before setting up your account.
Once this is completed we will email you to let you know so you can start ordering via the website. |Can I have next day delivery?||Yes, we offer a next day delivery option, orders for next day delivery must be placed by 12 noon, heavier parcels over 2Kg will be sent with a courier these orders need to be placed by 10.30am so we have time to book the parcel in for collection. If you are unsure if your order will be dispatched that day please get in touch with us to check. Please be aware that next day delivery does not include Saturday and Sundays, if you order on a Friday it will be delivered on the following Monday. There is a Saturday Delivery option if needed. Please note not all items are available for next day delivery.|
|Has my order been dispatched?||When you have placed an order with us you will receive an automated email confirming your order, you will also receive an automated email once your order has been dispatched. If the emails are not found in your spam folder, log in to your account and check your contact details are correct or call us in the office and speak to one of the sales team so we can check your email address is correct.|
|I need to upgrade my postage||If you wish to upgrade or amend the delivery service you have chosen, please let us know as soon as you can. We do try and dispatch orders as quickly as we can, we can only amend your order before it has been dispatched. If additional payment is needed we will need to take card payment over the phone. We would advise you to leave a telephone number with us so we can call you once the changes have been made.|
|Can I change my delivery address?||If you log in to your account you can change all of your personal details as needed. If you want to change an address on your order after you have placed it we may ask some additional security questions before we make any changes. We can only make amendments before the order has been marked as dispatched, please make sure you could call us as soon as possible.|
|My order has been posted to the wrong address||Please check your order confirmation straight away, which will be emailed to you immediately after you have placed your order. Please make sure your billing and delivery address details are correct and contact us straight away if any amendments are needed.|
