Due to the Coronavirus pandemic we have closed our counter service, however you can place an order for collection at our office in Bolingey, Perranporth, Cornwall - see below for full details on how to do this.
All orders are processed in date order so your order will most likely be ready to collect the following day.
When will my order be ready to collect?
Your order will be ready to collect when you receive the automatic 'Dispatch confirmation email'. This will most likely be the following working day as we process all our orders in date order. Please do bear in mind that Mondays are our busiest day so if you order over the weekend your order may not be ready to collect until Tuesday.
How do I collect my order?
Come to our office in Bolingey, we have a private car park where you can park your car. Knock on the door, a member of staff will come to the door and ask your name and check the details of your order. You will remain outside the office, please remember to maintain a safe distance between yourself and our staff when collecting your order.
What do I need to bring with me?
Ensure you have your order number and order confirmation or dispatch email with you. Please also bring the credit or debit card you paid with. If you paid with PayPal bring ID matching the name on your payment.
What are the opening times for order collection?
Our office is open Monday to Friday from 8.30am to 4.30pm
Whats your address and how do I find you?
Our address is Kernowcraft, Penwartha Road, Bolingey, Perranporth, TR6 0DH. You will find us about 100 yards past the Bolingey Inn next to the fishing lakes. We have a car park at the front for customers to park in and our building is a dark turquoise colour so not easy to miss! Sometimes sat navs will direct you to a cul de sac just before our building, if so just go a little further up the road and you will find us.
Can I collect the same day?
Orders will usually be ready for collection the following working day as our team process all the orders in date order. If you you have a small but urgent order without lots of special requests on it then we may be able to get it ready for you on the same day (with the exception of Mondays), give our team a call on 01872 573888.
What if I want to return or exchange something from my order?
Any items that you would like to return for a refund or exchange for something else can either be processed in the same way as any other order - please see our returns policy for full details. You can either post your items back to us in the post following our guidelines, or post through our letterbox yourself if you live locally. Please note we cannot process returns or exchanges returned to us in person immediately.
Will you open the counter service again?
We don't have plans to open the counter service in the immediate future, but if and when we do this will be updated on our website. Due to the set up of the counter service this requires quite close contact between customer and staff and as we have a good set up for ordering in other ways we have decided to keep the counter service closed for the time being. Our team are working with a slightly different work flow due to social distancing meaning we are busier with phone and website orders, and we have less staff available in the office due to some of our team working from home. If you haven't ordered with us before and were hoping to personally choose some gemstones, we do offer an option in the shopping basket where you can add a note to an item with any special requests such as a matching pair, or a particular shade of colour or pattern, our team are good at finding a stone to match requests so do use this feature for a more personal service.
Can I use the discount code mentioned above to get free delivery of my order delivered to my address?
No. This code is for collection of orders from our office only. If you use this code you will be charged for your order but it will not be despatched for delivery to your address, your order will wait at our office for collection by you.
