How To Place A Website Order For Collection

Once you have reached the checkout, select the 'Collect In Person' option within the delivery options.
Once your order has been placed, you will be sent an automatic order confirmation email.
When your order is ready for collection you will receive an email letting you know that your order is ready for collection from our studio during opening hours. Please do not travel to collect your order before receiving this email.

How To Place A Phone Order For Collection

Call our team on 01872 573888 to place your Click & Collect order over the phone.
We are available on the phone Monday to Friday from 8.30am to 4.30pm. We are closed weekends, bank holidays and during our Christmas holidays.
We will take payment for your order over the phone so please have a credit or debit card ready to pay with.

All orders are processed in date order so your order will most likely be ready to collect the following working day. Please note, as an e-commerce business we do not have a physical shop to browse or counter service available during your visit.

Collection is available Monday to Friday, 8.30am to 4.30pm.

We are closed weekends, bank holidays and during our Christmas holidays.

You will find us about 100 yards past the Bolingey Inn next to the fishing lakes. We have a free car park at the front of our building for customers to park in and our building is a dark turquoise colour so not easy to miss! Sometimes sat navs will direct you to a cul de sac just before our building, if so just go a little further up the road and you will find us.

Frequently asked questions

When will my order be ready to collect?

Your order will be ready to collect when you receive an email letting you know your order is ready for collection. This will most likely be the following working day as we process all our orders in date order. Please do keep in mind that Mondays are our busiest day so if you order over the weekend your order may not be ready to collect until Tuesday.

Can I collect the same day?

Orders will usually be ready for collection the following working day. If you have a small but urgent order without lots of special requests, then we may be able to get it ready for you on the same day (with the exception of Mondays!). Give our team a call on 01872 573888 to see if this is possible.

What if I want to return or exchange something from my order?

Any items that you would like to return for a refund or exchange for something else can be processed in the same way as any other order - please see our returns policy for full details. You can either post your items back to us in the post following our guidelines, or you are welcome to drop off/post your return through our letterbox. Please note we cannot process returns or exchanges returned to us in person while you wait.

Do you have a physical shop or counter service I can visit?

We do not have a physical shop to browse or a counter service available to visit, everything is online ready for you!

Can I hand-pick stones when I come to collect my order?

This is not a service we currently provide within our studio however we do recommend using our special requests service when placing your order online. Whether you're after matching pairs, a particular colour, pattern or shape, just let us know in your shopping basket and our small team will personally spend time trying our very best to select the perfect gemstone for you.
