A Kernowcraft gift voucher is a great present for anyone with creative interests, especially beading, jewellery making & silversmithing enthusiasts. 

• Email vouchers are not automatically sent so will be emailed to you by our team during office hours. (Please remember to order before we close for the Christmas holidays 4pm on 22nd December) 
• We will email the voucher to the email address on your order, so you can forward it to the recipient or print it at home. 
• Please ensure you carefully check the spelling of the email address before saving as if a voucher is sent to an incorrect address due to a typographical error a refund will not be given.
• There is no delivery charge for email vouchers (if it is the only item on your order)
• Gift vouchers can be redeemed on the website or over the phone
• Vouchers can be used in full or partially 
• If a voucher is only partially used, a new voucher code will automatically be emailed to the person using it for the remaining amount, it is their responsibility to ensure they keep a record of this code for future use
• Vouchers are also available printed and posted to you or the recipient, if you would prefer a printed voucher click here
• Vouchers automatically expire 2 years after the date of issue
