Gold Obsidian Cabochons

Obsidian is a naturally occurring volcanic glass formed by rapidly cooling magma and the beautiful golden sheen in these cabochons is caused by gas bubbles within. The golden sheen has a mesmerizing and almost velvet like appearance which comes to life when viewed in the light, giving it beautiful chatoyance. These golden cabochons would add a shimmer to any design and catch the light perfectly.
