Wild Horse Jasper Freeform Cabochon, Approx 29x20mm

This Wild Horse jasper cabochon is actually a type of magnesite. It has a beautiful earthy brown pattern mottled across its white surface which is created by a mixture of magnesite and hematite.

Found in Arizona, USA Wild Horse jasper gets its name for the resemblance to the spotted coat of a pinto horse.

  • Hardness of 3.5-4.5 on the Mohs scale
  • Natural gemstone - as these are natural stones they may have slight surface imperfections
