These straight metal cutters (sometimes called tin snips or shears) are ideal for cutting sheet metal and wire as well as for cutting 'pallions' (small squares) from solder strips.

  • Material: hardened steel
  • Cuts up to a 0.6mm metal
  • Size: approx length 175mm
  • 35mm long straight jaws perfect for cutting straight lines so these offer an alternative to using a piercing saw for cutting thinner sheet (up to around 0.6mm)
