Shattuckite comes in a range of captivating sea coloured tones ranging from light turquoise to deep aqua and teal, with some stones having unusual markings.
Shattuckite was first discovered in 1915 in Arizona, USA and named after the mine Shattuck Mine where it was found. Often found near and in association to Malachite, Chrysocolla and Turquoise. It is a copper silicate mineral and some of the stones have beautiful coppery coloured markings.
