Gift vouchers make a lovely gift for those with creative interests or for hobbyists and professional jewellers. Your loved one will be able to make their own choice on what products they want and can redeem their voucher on the website or with our team over the phone. Our vouchers are available either as an email or physical voucher, more information can be found below, along with frequently asked questions.
Easy & fuss free email vouchers
- We will email the gift voucher to the email address on your order, so you can forward it to the recipient or print it at home.
- Email vouchers are not automatically sent so will be emailed to you by our team during office hours.
- There is no delivery charge for email vouchers (if it is the only item on your order).
Printed & delivered to your loved one
- Printed and will be delivered by post to you or your recipient.
- If you wish to include a gift message for us to include with your gift voucher please request this in the special requests area in the shopping basket.
- Standard delivery charges apply.
Paying For Your Order With A Gift Voucher
You can redeem your voucher on our website or over the phone by calling our team on 01872 573888.
how to redeem your voucher online:
- Add your chosen jewellery making supplies to the shopping basket.
- Enter your gift voucher number in the box in the shopping basket titled āGift Voucher / Offer Codeā and click the 'Apply' button.
- Continue through the checkout as normal either signing into your account or adding your delivery and billing address details and selecting your delivery method.
- If the voucher doesnāt cover the full value of the order, you can add an additional payment with a credit or debit card or PayPal further in the checkout process.
- If your voucher covers the full cost of your items and delivery costs you can continue and complete the order as no additional payment is due.
- If you donāt use all of your
voucher on one order, you will be emailed a new voucher code for the remaining value when we dispatch your order. Your new voucher number will be on your dispatch confirmation email, so be sure to keep the email for future reference. It is your responsibility to keep these voucher codes safe for use at a later time.

- Gift vouchers cannot be exchanged for cash.
- Kernowcraft will not accept liability for lost, stolen or damaged vouchers.
- Gift vouchers expire 2 years after the date of issue.
Frequently asked questions
Why isn't my gift voucher working?
Before getting in touch with our team, firstly check that you have typed the voucher code correctly into the 'Gift Voucher / Offer Code' box and clicked apply. Make sure the voucher is within its expiry date (vouchers automatically expire 2 years after the date of issue). If it's still not working, get in touch and we'll look into it for you.
I forgot to add my gift voucher, what do I do?
If you have placed your order and forgot to add your voucher code, contact us straight away and we can apply the code for you if all conditions are met and if your order hasn't already been processed.
