Once bent into clamp shapes, these Knew Concepts 100mm long titanium soldering strips are a fantastic way to help with soldering awkward to hold pieces of jewellery. They can be personalised by easily bending and filing them into curves or points for specialised, custom clamps for your hard-soldering tasks. As these are made from fully annealed titanium they have numerous benefits for being used rather than regular clamps and clips. They maintain their strength and shape when subjected to high red-hot temperatures and will not erode or flake, solder and enamel will not stick to them plus most importantly titanium does not transfer heat nearly as quickly as steel and therefore interferes less with the area that you are soldering.
