Returns and Refunds

We want you to be completely happy with your purchase. If something isn’t quite right, we offer a simple 30-day returns policy for most items.

How to request a return

1. Login

Login to your account, find the order you wish to return, select the items to return. Submit return request.

2. Await approval

Our customer service team will review your return (normally within a day). You'll receive an email confirmation with all the details you need.

3. Return your order

Pack your return carefully to avoid damage and send it back to us. Retain proof of postage. Refunds take 7-10 days

Our Returns Policy

  • You have 30 days from the date you receive your order to start a return.
  • Items must be unused, in original condition, with all tags and packaging intact (where applicable).
  • Exclusions: For hygiene reasons, earrings cannot be returned or exchanged unless faulty.
  • We do not offer exchanges. Please return for a refund, then place a new order if you’d like a different item.
  • Refunds are issued to your original payment method once we receive and inspect the item (usually within 5–10 working days).
  • Return postage costs are your responsibility unless the item is faulty, damaged, or we sent the wrong product (in which case we’ll cover it).
