Shopping online is simple and the filtering in terms of gemstone, colour and type, make it versatile and useful. Packaging is great and speed of postage is good. Quality of the stones and other products in general are always excellent.
I have always had a good experience buying from Kernowcraft over the years. There gemstones are absolutely amazing and never disappoint. Great that a note can be left on ordering certain pieces if one would like matching stones for earrings for example.
I am not a jeweler but a sculptor so I always learning more, and Kernowcraft are a great resource for info and tips on making too.

Kernowcraft has been my go-to place for stones for about 15 years now, and I've always loved my interactions with them. Recently though I had a poor encounter and it put me off a bit. I didn't order the stones I wanted as I was unhappy with the response I got to my request about specific stones. Sorry, but perhaps you need to go back to the exceptional service you used to provide, otherwise you'll become just another supplier.
