  • Goods must be as described, fit for purpose, and of satisfactory quality.
  • If faulty: short term right to reject (up to 30 days) for full refund; repair or replacement; or price reduction/refund.

2. Use of the Website

You may use kernowcraft.com for lawful purposes only. You must not misuse the site (e.g., introduce viruses, attempt unauthorised access, or infringe intellectual property rights). We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access if we suspect misuse.

3. Product Information and Pricing

  • All prices are in GBP (£) and include VAT at 20% where applicable (except for trade/wholesale accounts or international orders where VAT may be removed at checkout).
  • We aim to keep prices accurate and competitive but reserve the right to change prices at any time to reflect market conditions or supplier changes.
  • The website shows the most up to date pricing and stock information.
  • Images are for illustration only, colours may vary slightly.

4. Orders and Contract Formation

  • Placing an order constitutes an offer to buy. A contract forms only when we dispatch the goods and send a dispatch confirmation.
  • We reserve the right to refuse, limit, or cancel orders at our discretion (e.g., due to stock issues, pricing errors, or suspected fraud).
  • You must be 18 or over to place an order.

5. Distance Selling (Online/Phone Orders)

  • We provide pre-contract information (product description, total price including VAT and delivery costs, payment terms, cancellation rights) before you place an order.
  • You have a 14-day cooling-off period to cancel distance contracts (from delivery day for goods) unless exceptions apply (e.g., hygiene sealed goods like earrings).
  • To cancel: within 14 days or use our returns process.
  • Refunds for cancelled orders include standard delivery costs and are processed within 7-10 days of return.
  • For subscriptions: see section 9 for easy cancellation and renewal reminders (DMCCA compliant).

6. Payment

  • We accept payment via Shopify Payments (credit/debit cards, Apple Pay, Google Pay, etc.) and PayPal.
  • Payment is due in full at checkout unless you have an approved credit account.
  • Credit accounts: Payment due 30 days from order date. Late payments incur interest at 8% above HSBC base rate until paid in full. Credit account orders are not eligible for free postage or promotional discounts.

7. Delivery and Shipping

  • See our separate Shipping & Delivery page for options, costs, free delivery thresholds, dispatch times, and international restrictions.
  • Delivery times are estimates only and not guaranteed. We are not liable for delays caused by carriers or external factors.
  • Risk passes to you upon delivery (or collection for Click & Collect).
  • Title passes upon full payment.

8. Returns and Refunds

  • See our separate Returns & Refunds page for full details.
  • Standard 30-day returns for most items (unused, in original condition).
  • No exchanges, return for refund and reorder.
  • Earrings excluded for hygiene reasons (unless faulty).
  • Return shipping is usually your responsibility unless the item is faulty or incorrect (we'll cover it in those cases).
  • Refunds processed to original payment method within 5–10 working days of receipt and inspection.

9. Subscription Boxes

  • UK only (no international shipping).
  • Monthly recurring payments processed automatically on the same date each month.
  • Cut off for new subscriptions/changes: 20th of the previous month.
  • Boxes ship around the 5th of each month.
  • Contents vary monthly, promotional images are illustrative only.
  • Cancellation: Cancel anytime before next billing date via your online account or by emailing hello@kernowcraft.com. We provide clear cancellation instructions in every renewal reminder (DMCCA compliant).
  • No automatic renewal traps, you must actively consent to continue.
  • If an item arrives damaged, contact us within 7 days with photos for replacement or refund.
  • We reserve the right to modify or discontinue the service with notice.

10. Competitions and Giveaways

  • Open to UK residents (unless stated otherwise). No entry fee or purchase necessary.
  • Entrants must be 18+. One entry per person (unless stated).
  • Prize as stated, non-transferable, no cash alternative.
  • By entering, you agree to us announcing winners on our website/social media and using your entry online.
  • Winner notified within 1 week of closing. Must respond/claim within 2 days or we may select a replacement.
  • No responsibility for entries not received.
  • Not sponsored/endorsed by any social media platform.
  • Free postal entry option: Send unenclosed postcard (1st/2nd class) with competition name, answer (if applicable), full name, date of birth, postal address, email, and contact number.
  • Promoter reserves right to cancel/amend without notice.

11. Promotions and Discount Codes

  • One code per order. Minimum order value (if any) excludes delivery.
  • Exclusions may apply.
  • Codes have expiry dates; late orders do not qualify.
  • For free gift offers, returning the qualifying product requires returning the gift.
  • Incorrect codes or missed entry cannot be corrected post purchase.
  • We may remove items from site during promotions if not compatible.
  • We reserve right to amend/withdraw promotions or refuse/limit orders.

12. Gift Vouchers

  • Cannot be exchanged for cash.
  • No liability for lost, stolen, or damaged vouchers.
  • Expire 2 years after issue.

13. Intellectual Property

All content (images, text, designs) is owned by us or licensed to us. You may not reproduce, copy, or use without permission except for personal, non commercial use.

14. Liability

  • We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or incidental loss/damage.
  • Our total liability is limited to the order value.
  • Nothing excludes liability for death/personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or statutory rights.
  • These terms are fair and transparent. Unfair terms are unenforceable under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.

15. Privacy and Data Protection

We process your personal data in accordance with UK GDPR, Data Protection Act 2018, and our Privacy Policy.

  • Lawful basis: performance of contract, legitimate interests (e.g., fraud prevention), consent (e.g., marketing).
  • Your rights: access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability, objection, contact hello@kernowcraft.com.
  • We do not sell your data. Third-party processors (e.g., payment providers) are GDPR-compliant.

16. Complaints and Disputes

If unsatisfied, contact us first at hello@kernowcraft.com. If unresolved, use the Online Dispute Resolution platform or Citizens Advice for assistance.

17. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

18. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the site/orders constitutes acceptance of changes. Check this page periodically.
