Gift Voucher

A Kernowcraft gift voucher is a great present for anyone with creative interests, especially beading, jewellery making & silversmithing enthusiasts. 

• Email vouchers are not automatically sent so will be emailed to you by our team during office hours.
• We will email the voucher to the email address on your order, so you can forward it to the recipient or print it at home. 
• Please ensure you carefully check the spelling of the email address before saving as if a voucher is sent to an incorrect address due to a typographical error a refund will not be given.
• There is no delivery charge for email vouchers (if it is the only item on your order)
• Gift vouchers can be redeemed on the website or over the phone
• Vouchers can be used in full or partially 
• If a voucher is only partially used, a new voucher code will automatically be emailed to the person using it for the remaining amount, it is their responsibility to ensure they keep a record of this code for future use
• Vouchers automatically expire 2 years after the date of issue

• Dispatch days: Monday to Friday (ex Bank Holidays).
• Typical turnaround: Most orders are shipped the same day if placed before our cutoff.
• During busy periods: Dispatch may take longer during sales events or for complex/custom orders.
• Special Delivery cutoff: Orders for Special Delivery must be placed by 12 noon for same day dispatch.

UK Delivery Options

• Free UK Delivery - Orders over £50.
• Standard Delivery - 3–5 working days with Royal Mail Tracked 48.
• Express Delivery - 1–2 working days with Royal Mail Tracked 24 - only £4.99.
• Special Delivery - Next working day with Royal Mail - from £7.99.
• Courier Delivery - Next working day with FedEx - from £14.99.

International Delivery

• Method: Sent via Royal Mail Tracked, handed over to your local postal service for final delivery.
• Estimated time: Usually 5–10 working days.
• Cost: Starts from £12.99 (varies by destination and order weight).
• Important note: Local import duties, taxes, or customs fees may apply and are payable by the recipient on arrival (not included in our shipping charge).

EU Delivery

• We do not currently ship to EU countries.

US Delivery

• Delivery to the US is temporarily suspended due to recent import tax changes.

• All times are working days (excluding weekends and public holidays).

Full delivery and collection information

• You can return unused items in their original packaging within 30 days of delivery.
• Earrings and earring parts cannot be returned for hygiene reasons.
• Return shipping is at your cost unless the item is faulty or damaged in transit.
