Important things to know about your delivery
When will my order be dispatched?
Our small team works hard to dispatch orders as quickly as possible most are sent the same day!
- Orders are dispatched Monday to Friday, excluding bank holidays and our Christmas break.
- To help us reach you quickly if needed, please include your daytime phone number when placing your order.
Can I upgrade my postage?
Yes, we can upgrade your postage option (e.g., from Standard to Express or Special Delivery) as long as your order hasn’t been sent to our warehouse for picking.
To request an upgrade:
- Contact us as quickly as possible (include your order number).
- If the order is still in processing, we’ll happily amend it and let you know if any extra payment is needed (we’ll send you a secure payment link).
Once the order has been sent to our warehouse for picking/dispatch, we’re unfortunately unable to change the shipping method.
The sooner you get in touch after placing the order, the more likely we can make the change for you.
Has my order been dispatched?
After placing your order, you'll receive an automated confirmation email. Once dispatched, you'll get a dispatch notification.
If you don't see these emails (including in your junk/spam folder), log in to your account to verify your contact details and check order status.
Can I change my delivery address?
We recommend checking your order confirmation email right after placing your order to confirm your billing and delivery details are correct.
We can only amend orders before they are processed, so please contact us as soon as possible if you spot any errors.
