To start a return, please login to your account
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, and in its original packaging.
If your return is accepted, we’ll send instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and request a return immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can find a resolution promptly.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Cut-to-size items: Metal sheet, wire, cord and chain that we cut to a specific length at your request cannot be returned unless faulty, as these are made to your specifications.
We do not accept returns for individual beads which were sold as a strand or individual items sold in a pack, these must be returned to us unused and as it was sold to you.
Due to health and safety reasons, we do not accept returns on earrings, earring findings and earring backs.
Postal charges are not refundable.
For free gift offers, if you decide to place a return for the product which was required for the offer to be valid, the free gift must also be returned.
If you wish to return an unwanted item it will be at your own cost, unless it is deemed faulty or was damaged in transit.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns of gift cards.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 5-10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

Digital content and online courses
This section applies to digital products, including online courses and access to the Jewellery Business Skills Hub (and the Jewellery Business Hub provided with the Jewellery Business Starter Kit).
Immediate access. When you buy digital content from us, you’ll receive access straight away, before the usual 14-day cancellation period has ended. By placing your order, you request that we begin providing the digital content immediately.
Your right to cancel. You normally have 14 days to cancel an order for goods or services. For digital content, this right ends once access has been provided, if you have expressly agreed to immediate access and acknowledged that you will lose your right to cancel as a result. We’ll ask you to confirm this at checkout.
Refunds. Because access is provided immediately, we are unable to offer a change-of-mind refund once you have been given access to the content. This does not affect your statutory rights.
Faulty or not as described. Digital content must be of satisfactory quality, fit for purpose and as described. If you can’t access the content, or it is faulty or not as described, please contact us and we’ll aim to put it right, by repairing the problem or replacing the content. If we can’t do that within a reasonable time, you may be entitled to a refund or price reduction.
Starter Kits. The Jewellery Business Starter Kit includes physical goods and access to the Hub. The Hub is provided immediately on purchase and is treated as digital content under this section. Our standard 30-day returns policy applies only to the unused physical kit, and any return of the kit does not entitle you to a refund for the Hub.
Personal use. Digital content is licensed for your personal use only. You may not share your login, copy, redistribute or resell any part of the content or downloadable templates.
