• Force Majeure: We are not liable for delays or failures due to events beyond our control, such as strikes, natural disasters, or postal disruptions.

Our jewellery making subscription boxes are available to customers withinthe United Kingdom only. Unfortunately, we do not ship internationally at this time.

• By subscribing, you agree to a recurring monthly payment plan.
• Payments are processed automatically on the day of subscription and recur monthly on the same date. The cut-off date for new subscriptions is the 20th of the preceding month.
• All prices are listed in GBP (£) and include VAT where applicable.
• We reserve the right to adjust pricing with prior notice to subscribers.

• The monthly subscription price is inclusive of shipping and VAT.
• Subscription boxes are shipped during the first week of each month. Delivery times may vary depending on postal services.
• We are not responsible for delays caused by postal services or unforeseen circumstances beyond our control.

• The contents of each subscription box will vary month to month. We strive to provide high-quality materials, but specific items cannot be guaranteed.
• Images used for promotional purposes are for illustration only and do not represent the exact contents of each box.

• Subscribers may cancel their subscription at any time before their next billing cycle. Customers are responsible for cancelling their own subscriptions through their customer account on our website.
• Cancelling a subscription will not cancel and refund the delivery orders that have been paid for; it only stops future renewal charges.
• If an item arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days with photographic evidence for a replacement or refund where applicable.

• We reserve the right to modify or discontinue the subscription service at any time. Subscribers will be notified in advance of any significant changes.
• In case of service termination, refunds will be issued for unfulfilled subscriptions.

• We are not responsible for any allergic reactions or injuries resulting from the use of materials included in the box. Customers should take appropriate precautions when handling tools and materials.

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your purchase and use of the "12 for 10" Jewellery Making Subscription Box (the "Product"). By purchasing the Product, you agree to these Terms. The Product offers 12 monthly jewellery making boxes at a discounted price equivalent to 10 full months' value, delivered over 12 consecutive months.

Cancellations and Refunds

Once purchased and the first subscription box has been shipped, the order cannot be cancelled, and no refunds will be issued for any reason, including dissatisfaction with contents. Prior to shipment of the first box, cancellations are accepted within 14 days of purchase for a full refund.

Changes and Termination

• Subscription Changes: You may update your delivery address or contact details at any time by contacting us. It is your responsibility to notify us of any changes to ensure uninterrupted delivery.
• Termination: The subscription automatically completes after delivery of the twelfth box. There is no option for early termination or pausing deliveries. If a box is undeliverable due to an incorrect address, we will attempt redelivery once at your expense; further attempts may result in subscription termination without refund.
