Product Code: C299
This cross pein hammer (also known as a Warrington hammer) is actually designed for tapping in very short panel pins but we love using it for creating a rich, bark-like texture on metal. It has a 220g head (8oz) so it is our heaviest hammer and is therefore ideal for marking and forming metals and is also a good weight for using with punches and stamps.
The round flat head measures approximately 20mm diameter and the cross pein head is approximately 21mm across and 6mm thick. It is a really useful hammer to have in your workshop especially if like us, you are crazy about textures!
