'Morganite' Topaz Faceted Stones

This faceted gemstone is a natural topaz which has been treated by a process called Vapor Deposition Coating to give it its beautiful delicate pink morganite colouring. 

  • Faceted stone (faceted top and pointed back)
  • Available in a range of shapes and sizes
  • Treatment: Vapor Deposition Coating, a process that is coated on just the pavilion (pointed side) of the stone with natural element in the US at a world leading laboratory which creates a durable coating at a molecular level able to withstand everyday contact such as water, friction and skin contact
  • Hardness of 8 on the Mohs scale
  • Although these gemstones are extremely durable, caution must be taken when polishing
  • We recommend that you polish your finished piece before setting so that you don't scratch the surface of these beautiful gems
