100% Hemp Cord

This hemp cord by Beadsmith is a natural, biodegradable and eco-friendly alternative to cotton and synthetic cordage. It's so versatile that it can be used in various crafts not only in jewellery making.

• 2 diameters to choose from: 0.55mm and 1mm
• Six colour ranges available: Onyx (black & grey tones), Neutral (brown & cream tones) , Emerald, Aqua, Pastel (lilac, pink, blue, gold), Ruby 
• Each 0.55mm card contains 4 x 12.8m (42ft) and has a breakage weight of 10lb
• Each 1mm card contains 4 x 9.1m (30ft) and has a breakage weight of 20lb
• Natural and vegan friendly 
• Made from 100% hemp and is free of animal by-products
• Hemp is durable and strong making it perfect to use for macramé (textile making using knotting techniques), knotted bracelets, necklace cords, card making, hang tags, gardening and packaging-to name just a few!
• Please note that the shades of threads in packs can vary and there can sometimes be a colour difference between the 1mm and 0.55mm thread packs.

Dispatch Information

Orders are dispatched Monday to Friday (excluding bank holidays).

Most orders are shipped the same day if placed before our cutoff. Dispatch may take longer during busy periods, sales events, or for complex/custom orders.

Special Delivery orders must be placed by 12 noon for same-day dispatch.

• Standard Delivery - 3–5 working days with Royal Mail Tracked 48.
• Express Delivery - 1–2 working days with Royal Mail Tracked 24 - only £4.99.
• Special Delivery - Next working day with Royal Mail - from £7.99.
• Courier Delivery - Next working day with FedEx - from £14.99.

International Delivery

• Method: Sent via Royal Mail Tracked, handed over to your local postal service for final delivery.
• Estimated time: Usually 5–10 working days.
• Cost: Starts from £12.99 (varies by destination and order weight).
• Important note: Local import duties, taxes, or customs fees may apply and are payable by the recipient on arrival (not included in our shipping charge).

Full delivery and collection information

• You can return unused items in their original packaging within 30 days of delivery.
• Earrings and earring parts cannot be returned for hygiene reasons.
• Return shipping is at your cost unless the item is faulty or damaged in transit.
