Plated gimp wire (also known as 'french wire') is very fine coiled wire used to cover exposed thread to protect it from wearing against fastenings.
- It will take thread up to 0.7mm in diameter
- Available as gold or silver plated
- These products are Nickel Safe and complies with EC Nickel regulations
- Sold in an approximate 1g pack which consists of approximately 48-50cm of gimp wire (may not be in a continuous length but all pieces contained in the pack will be usable lengths)
