General Shipping
- Orders placed before 2pm will be shipped the same day. During busy periods, there may be a one day delay in dispatching orders.
- Orders requiring Special Delivery must be placed by 12 noon for same day dispatch.

International Delivery
All orders are dispatched via Royal Mail Tracked and delivered by your local postal service.

US Shipping
Shipping to the US is currently suspended due to import tax changes. We are working to reinstate this as soon as possible.
Refunds & Returns
- Our return period is 30 days from the date of receipt for unused items in their original packaging.
- Due to hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns of earrings or earring parts.
- Returns shipping is at your cost.
