Emerald Cabochons

These natural emerald gemstone cabochons are a vibrant green colour, varying from clear to cloudy. These would look great combined with some of our other precious gemstone cabochons set in either gold or silver findings.

  • Cabochon (flat bottom, domed smooth top, undrilled)
  • Please note that because of the way these emeralds are cut they may have a very slight curve on the back
  • Treatment - natural colourless oils
  • Hardness of 7.5-8 on the Mohs scale
  • Birthstone: May
  • Healing properties: brings love, loyalty and wisdom
  • Country of Origin: Brazil and Canada
  • These emerald cabochons are of a low grade quality and will have inclusions and surface imperfections which has been reflected in the price
