Gold Garnet Drop Earrings

Step by step instructions
- Begin by using side cutters to cut a small length of wire, giving you enough room to form two loops on either side of your bead. Use the tips of round nose pliers to form a loop at the end of the wire. Thread a garnet bead onto the wire, trim the wire if needed and use your pliers to form another loop to sit above the top of the bead. You could also choose to continue to wire wrap underneath the loop a few times to add a decorative effect and add more security to your design.
- Use a pair of snipe or flat nose pliers to twist open a jump ring, attach it to the top of the geometric charm and add the loop of the gemstone bead.
- Twist open another jump ring and attach it to the other jump ring which has the gemstone drop. This will allow the earring drop to hang centrally once attached to the earwire.
- Use snipe nose pliers to twist open the loop of the earwire and attach the top jump ring before twisting the loop closed to secure.
- Repeat the previous steps for your other earring and your design is complete!
