Golden Ticket Giveaway – Terms and Conditions

1. The Promoter
The promoter is Kernowcraft Rocks and Gems Ltd, Unit 14, Threemilestone Industrial Estate, Threemilestone, Truro TR4 9LD ("we", "us", "the Promoter").

2. Promotion Period
2.1 The Golden Ticket Giveaway ("the Promotion") opens at 06:00 BST on Friday 2nd October 2026 and closes at 23:59 BST on Sunday 4 October 2026 ("the Promotion Period").
2.2 Orders placed outside the Promotion Period will not be entered.

3. Eligibility
3.1 The Promotion is open to customers aged 18 or over who place an order through www.kernowcraft.com during the Promotion Period.
3.2 Employees of the Promoter, their immediate families, and anyone else professionally connected with the Promotion are not eligible.
3.3 The Promotion is open to retail and trade account customers.

4. How to Enter
4.1 Every completed order placed on our website during the Promotion Period is automatically entered into the draw. You don't need to do anything else.
4.2 Each order counts as one entry. Customers who place more than one order get one entry per order.
4.3 The Promoter may exclude orders that look like they've been split or placed mainly to get extra entries, such as several orders with the same contents placed close together.
4.4 Orders that are cancelled, unpaid, fraudulent, or charged back will not be entered and will be removed from the draw.
4.5 No purchase necessary: you can also enter free of charge by emailing us with the subject "Golden Ticket" and your full name and address. Limit of one free entry per person. Free entries go into the same draw and have the same chance of winning as order entries. 

5. The Prize
5.1 Five (5) winners will be drawn. Each winner gets a "Golden Ticket": a full refund of the total amount paid for their winning order, including product cost, delivery charges and VAT.
5.2 The refund is made to the original payment method within 7 days of the winner being confirmed.
5.3 Winners keep the goods in their order.
5.4 Winners who entered free of charge (clause 4.5) will be sent their Golden Ticket by post to the address they gave. They will receive a store gift voucher to the value of £25.00 instead of a refund.
5.5 The prize cannot be exchanged, transferred, or swapped for cash or any other alternative.
5.6 If a winning order has already been partly refunded or partly returned, the prize is limited to the amount actually paid and kept.
5.7 If a winner later returns goods from a winning order, they won't get a second refund for those goods.

6. The Draw and Golden Tickets
6.1 After the Promotion Period closes, five winning entries will be picked at random from all valid entries by a verifiable random selection method. This will happen on Monday 5 October 2026.
6.2 A physical Golden Ticket will be put into the parcel for each winning order. Each ticket has a unique ticket number that is linked to the winning order.
6.3 Orders placed during the Promotion Period will be dispatched after the draw has taken place.
6.4 One entry can win only once, and each customer can win no more than one prize.
6.5 The Promoter's decision about the draw is final.

7. Claiming Your Prize
7.1 If you find a Golden Ticket in your order, email us with:
(a) your ticket number;
(b) your order number; and
(c) your full name as it appears on the order.
7.2 Claims must reach us by 23:59 on Sunday 1 November 2026 ("the Claim Deadline").
7.3 A Golden Ticket is only valid for the order it was sent with. It can only be claimed by the person who placed that order and cannot be transferred.
7.4 We'll check every claim against our records. Tickets that are copied, altered, damaged so the number can't be read, or that don't match the order will be invalid. If a ticket is damaged but we can still confirm the claim from our records, we will accept it.
7.5 If a Golden Ticket hasn't been claimed by 7 days before the Claim Deadline, we will email the winning customer at the address on their order to remind them. 
7.6 If a winning order is returned to us undelivered or refused, we will contact the customer by email so they can claim.
7.7 If a prize isn't claimed by the Claim Deadline, it will be forfeited.
7.8 Once a claim is verified, the refund will be made under clause 5.2.

8.1 (replaces existing 8.1) After the Claim Deadline, the first name and county of each winner will be available by emailing [email] for one month [and may be published on our website and social media].

9. Data Protection
Personal data will be used only to run the Promotion and fulfil prizes, in line with our Privacy Policy and UK GDPR.

10. General
10.1 The Promoter may cancel, suspend or change the Promotion if circumstances outside its reasonable control make this necessary, and will give notice where possible.
10.2 The Promoter may disqualify any entry it reasonably believes breaks these terms or involves fraud or abuse.
10.3 The Promotion does not affect your statutory rights, including your right to cancel and return goods under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013.
10.4 These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. The courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction.
