£50 Voucher Prize Draw – Terms and Conditions

1. The Promoter
The promoter is Kernowcraft Rocks and Gems Ltd, (“we”, “us”, “the Promoter”).

2. Promotion Period
2.1 The £50 Voucher Prize Draw (“the Promotion”) opens at 06:00 GMT on Friday 30 October 2026 and closes at 23:59 GMT on Sunday 1 November 2026 (“the Promotion Period”).
2.2 Orders placed outside the Promotion Period will not be entered.

3. Eligibility
3.1 The Promotion is open to customers aged 18 or over who place an order through www.kernowcraft.com during the Promotion Period.
3.2 Employees of the Promoter, their immediate families, and anyone else professionally connected with the Promotion are not eligible.
3.3 The Promotion is open to retail and trade account customers.

4. How to Enter
4.1 Every completed order of £25 or more placed on our website during the Promotion Period is automatically entered into the draw. You don’t need to do anything else.
4.2 The £25 minimum is the value of goods in the order including VAT, after any discounts, and not including delivery charges.
4.3 Each qualifying order counts as one entry. Customers who place more than one qualifying order get one entry per order.
4.4 Orders that are cancelled, unpaid, fraudulent, or charged back will not be entered. The same applies to orders refunded or partly refunded below £25 before the draw.
4.5 No purchase necessary: you can also enter free of charge by emailing us with the subject “Voucher Draw” and your full name and address, to arrive by the close of the Promotion Period. Limit of one free entry per person. Free entries go into the same draw and have the same chance of winning as order entries.

5. The Prizes
5.1 There are three (3) prizes. Each prize is a £50 Kernowcraft gift card (“Voucher”), to spend at www.kernowcraft.com.
5.2 Vouchers will be emailed to winners as a digital gift card within 5 working days of the winner being confirmed.
5.3 Vouchers are valid for 12 months from the date they are issued. Any balance not used by the expiry date will be lost.
5.4 A Voucher can be used over more than one order until the balance runs out. It cannot be used to buy other gift cards or vouchers.
5.5 Vouchers cannot be exchanged, transferred, or swapped for cash or any other alternative. They will not be replaced if lost or deleted once delivered.

6. The Draw
6.1 After the Promotion Period closes, three winning entries will be picked at random from all valid entries using [an independent random selection method]. This will happen on or before Friday 6 November 2026.
6.2 Each customer can win no more than one prize.
6.3 The Promoter’s decision about the draw is final.

7. Winner Notification
7.1 Winners will be emailed at the address used on their order (or given with their free entry) within 3 working days of the draw.
7.2 Winners must reply to confirm within 14 days. If a winner doesn’t reply, or can’t be contacted, the Promoter may draw a replacement winner.

8. Publication of Winners
8.1 The first name and county of each winner will be available by emailing email for one month after the draw and may be published on our website and social media.
8.2 Winners may object to their details being published by contacting [email].

9. Data Protection
Personal data will be used only to run the Promotion and fulfil prizes, in line with our Privacy Policy at and UK GDPR.

10. General
10.1 The Promoter may cancel, suspend or change the Promotion if circumstances outside its reasonable control make this necessary, and will give notice where possible.
10.2 The Promoter may disqualify any entry it reasonably believes breaks these terms or involves fraud or abuse.
10.3 The Promotion does not affect your statutory rights, including your right to cancel and return goods under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013.
10.4 These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. The courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction.
