Snowflake & Pearl Earrings
A perfect earrings project for a pearl lover! This is such a simple design perfect for Christmas - but you can use this technique to customise with charms and beads of your choice.
STEP BY STEP INSTRUCTIONS
1. Simply cut a length of wire about 5cm long and form a loop one end using round nose pliers, leaving a short length on one side of the loop.
2. Take the short length of wire and wrap it around the longer length to create a tight, neat coil, 2 or 3 twists should be enough. Use side cutters to trim the wire and use snipe nose pliers to tuck the wire in.
3. Thread the bead onto the open end of the wire.
4. Form another loop on the other end of the wire and before wrapping the remaining wire, add the loop of the snowflake charm. Wrap the wire to secure it in place, and again trim any excess wire.
5. Twist open the earwire loop and add the top loop of your bead and charm component, before closing to secure.
6. Repeat for a beautiful pair of earrings!
