This is a great project if you're a jewellery making beginner. Learn how to set a wraptite pendant setting and how to transform it into a beautiful necklace.
We've used our blossom pink kaleidoscope quartz faceted stone to complete this look but you can choose any faceted stone you like.
Start by setting the faceted stone in a sterling silver wraptite link setting. Place the faceted stone in the setting and apply gentle pressure to 'click' into place.
If you're having trouble, place the gemstone face down (flat side down) onto a firm surface and apply gently pressure to 'click' the stone into place.
Next twist open a jump ring using snipe nose pliers. Keep the loop open and attach the pendant and chain.
Close the jump ring and your necklace is complete!
Snipe nose pliers - essential for wirework, opening and closing jump rings etc.
Round nose pliers - for bending loops in wire
Or Pack of Pliers & Side Cutters which is an economical way of buying all the pliers you will need for every project!
Make the design your own by using other faceted stones and chain.
