Blossom Pink Kaleidoscope Quartz Necklace

Blossom Pink Kaleidoscope Quartz Necklace

This is a great project if you're a jewellery making beginner. Learn how to set a wraptite pendant setting and how to transform it into a beautiful necklace.

We've used our blossom pink kaleidoscope quartz faceted stone to complete this look but you can choose any faceted stone you like.

STEP BY STEP INSTRUCTIONS

Start by setting the faceted stone in a sterling silver wraptite link setting. Place the faceted stone in the setting and apply gentle pressure to 'click' into place.

If you're having trouble, place the gemstone face down (flat side down) onto a firm surface and apply gently pressure to 'click' the stone into place.

TIP: Use a piece of wire to keep the main part of the loop open, then squeeze the bottom of the loop with round nose jewellery pliers to tighten the setting around the gemstone.

Next twist open a jump ring using snipe nose pliers. Keep the loop open and attach the pendant and chain.

Close the jump ring and your necklace is complete!
