What Is Rose Gold Filled?

We are so excited to now be offering a range of rose gold filled jewellery findings and metal beads for your handmade designs! Including a selection of beautiful earwires, hoops and jump rings.

Take a look below at some beautiful designs we've created using rose gold filled findings, from wire wrapped hoops to elegant briolette earrings.

What is Rose Gold Filled?

Rose gold filled has a solid layer of 14k gold, bonded to a base metal of brass. Rose gold filled findings are a great choice to use in your jewellery designs as the outer layer of gold must be at least 1/20 of the overall metal content, making it hard wearing and a great alternative to gold plated metal and more affordable than solid gold.

Rose Gold & Boulder Opal Bead Earrings

These boulder opal beads are out of this world! They have stunning flashes of fire in greens, reds, gold and blue. Using these showstoppers with our rose gold filled earwires and 9ct gold plated wire is a real winner.

Rose Gold & Pink Chalcedony Briolette Earrings

We love the combination of rose gold filled earwires with these pretty pink chalcedony briolette beads! It's such an elegant design and is so easy to make once you've mastered the technique.

Rose Gold & Black Spinel Wire Wrapped Hoops

If you love wire-wrapping, this project is for you! Use your favourite gemstone beads to simply wire wrap around the hoops. We've used our sparkling faceted black spinel beads as we love how they contrast next to the rose gold filled hoops.

Rose Gold & Diamond Hoops Earrings

Go heavy metal with these rose gold filled metal beads and gold vermeil charms! We love the mixture of metals and think this design is great if you're after a bold look. Why not add some gemstone beads to add a splash of colour? The choice is yours!
