Standard Delivery: Only £1.99! Sent by Royal mail first class post.

Special Delivery: Sent by Royal mail special delivery. Orders must be placed by 12 noon for this next day delivery service, otherwise they will be despatched on the next working day for delivery the following day. Please note that next day delivery doesn't apply to Saturdays & Sundays, so if your order is dispatched on a Friday it will be delivered on Monday by 1pm (islands and some areas of Scotland will take longer). This service will require a signature. Please also include your phone number on your order.

*Please note if your order is very heavy (weighs over 2kg and contains combinations of heavy tools, for example C11 triblet, C79 anvil, C105/6 dremel etc.) The charge for special delivery will be £22.95. This is quite rare though and will not affect the vast majority of orders. Channel Islands customers: Royal mail cannot guarantee delivery times of special delivery items to these areas.

Europe

Delivery charges are based on the weight of your order and start from as little as £2.95. The website will calculate your postage cost at the check out. Whilst we have done our best to ensure delivery prices are calculated correctly, we do reserve the right to make changes if there is an error.

All Other Countries

Delivery

All orders are dealt with promptly – we make every effort to get your goods to you as soon as we can as we know how important it is for you to receive your order quickly. Any items that are out of stock will be sent to you as soon as we receive them with no additional postage and packing costs (for UK customers). Wherever possible all orders received before midday will be sent the same day. There are, however, certain items that could delay your order so be aware of this if you need something for a specific date. To find out more click here.
