Slip the briolette onto the wire. Pinch both ends of the wire together at the top of the briolette to form a triangle shape.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003e2. Use your round nose pliers to form a loop. Before you start wrapping, add the open starfish charm by the bottom to the loop of wire.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003e3.
