Fantastic value for money & superb quality (by James Mclennan, 24/11/2016)
So so easy too set......If i can do it then anyone can do it.Very elegant when set with gemstones,Fantastic value for money and superb quality.
No tools needed (by Nicolour, 07/06/2016)
I gave up making jewellery years ago after the usual dabbling that a lot of peple do until they realise they can't really make any money out of it. But I kept some great stones that I have looked at and looked at, imagining they could be set into jewellery somehow. Too tiny even to begin to think of how to set them now... or so I thought. Within 10 minutes of these settings arriving in the post I had those gems looking brilliant in my ears and if I hadn't been so scared to push it would have taken me two seconds.
So easy and look stunning (by Jessica, 29/03/2016)
These are so amazing they are so easy to set you literally just push the stone in and it's great they come in different sizes. I bought the 3mm pair and set two garnets in them they are so simple but look fantastic in and I've had a lot of compliments! And the best bit is if I where to have bought these in a jewellers it would have cost me upwards of £40 these literally cost £5.00 to make!
Easy peasy! (by Tamsin, 29/03/2016)
These settings make an absolute doddle of setting gems, and it takes but seconds! Simply place your faceted stone face down on a firm flat surface, and press the mount down onto it until it clicks. The result is a secure gemstone - my friend even sleeps in the studs I made for her. I only buy my Snaptite studs from Kernowcraft, having bought cheaper ones elsewhere that just had 4 prongs instead of 6, the metal was softer, and they weren't at all secure.
So easy to make earrings from loose stones (by Pam Whitehead, 08/06/2011)
What a great idea! So easy to make earrings from loose stones, at a fraction of the price of ready-made ones. I used 5mm mystic topaz stones, which look great and much more expensive than they were.
Really (really!) easy to use - Highly recommended (by Gemma Russell, 11/05/2011)
I used these to set some of the “table diamonds” from my best friends wedding as a present for her first anniversary. They were really (really!) easy to use - I don't know why more people don't use them! I used the 5mm ones that are just over £3 which at first I thought was pricey for one pair, but for a stunning pair of earrings that have HUGE sentimental value it was well worth it. She thought they were absolutely amazing and won't stop going on about how clever and creative I am - I'm not going to tell her how simple it was to make them! Highly recommended :)
