The natural elements of silver, leather and turquoise work beautifully together. The combination works well throughout the seasons, the brown shades of leather suits the autumn and Winter season whereas the turquoise brings brighter notes of spring and summer so can be worn all year around!
Are you thinking of making these as a gift? Why not add a presentation box or gift bag to your order.
Fold your 3mm Micro flat suede cord into thirds and slip it around your wrist to determine what length you need your suede and adjust it if necessary.
Thread on one 10mm sterling silver jump ring so one sits at one end of the bracelet.
Thread your bail onto all three strands.
Thread on the other 10mm sterling silver jump ring so it is at the other end of the bracelet.
We recommend using 'Devcon 5 Minute Epoxy' glue to glue your suede cord. The Devcon glue creates super-fast, high strength, high quality bonds and as it sets clear it is excellent for filling gaps so ideal for setting stones.
Prepare the glue by mixing in a small dish. Use a fine point such as a cocktail stick to dab a bit of glue onto the cap of the peg and gently place it in the half drilled hole in the cultured freshwater pearl.
Once mixed, the glue sets in 5 minutes, so ensure you set your pearl straight away.
Gently place it down and leave it to set.
Carefully glue the loose suede on each end of the bracelet so it is securely glued in place, being careful to leave a small loop where your jump ring is attached and not glue the jump ring.
Attach the Carabiner clasp to one of the jump rings.
Finally, wire wrap your turquoise briolette and attach to the bail along with the sterling silver charm using a 5mm Sterling silver jump ring.
