Floral Pearl Bracelet

Floral Pearl Bracelet

This pretty floral bracelet would be perfect for a bride or her bridesmaids on the special day or simply add a classic touch to any outfit.

We have a lovely pair of matching earrings which would look beautiful worn together.

This design is so simple to make and uses basic beading techniques, including crimping and wire wrapping.

Are you thinking of making this as a gift? Why not add a presentation box or gift bag to your order.

Step by step instructions

Start by cutting the flex write wire to the length you require for your bracelet using side cutters. If you hold the wire around your wrist you can determine what length you need.

Thread a sterling silver crimp through the wire, around one end of the loops on the toggle clasp then back through the crimp. Using magical crimping pliers, crimp the bead gently to form a neat bead.

Use side cutters to trim the wire that's sticking out.

Now you can thread on the pearl beads. When you have reached the halfway point of your bracelet, thread on a sterling silver closed jump ring, then continue threading on the pearl beads, allowing enough wire at the end to secure the toggle clasp.

Thread on another sterling silver crimp then loop the wire through the other end of the toggle clasp, back through the crimp and using the magical crimping pliers, crimp the bead gently to form a neat bead. Use side cutters to trim the wire that's sticking out.

Now you can make your charm which attaches onto the jump ring on the bracelet.

Thread one 7-8mm pearl bead onto a sterling silver headpin, followed by a sterling silver Indonesian bead, a smaller 4-5mm pearl bead then a 2.5mm silver plated metal bead.

Using round nose jewellery pliers form a loop at the top end of the headpin, gently thread it through the closed jump ring on the bracelet then wrap the remaining wire around itself so it is finished neatly.

You could design your own bracelet from our large selection of pearl beads and clasps in both sterling silver, 9ct gold and plated metals as well as a bead stringing leaflet which gives lots of handy tips.
