You will notice that we have hundreds of excellent quantity discounts - the more you buy of an item the better price you will get and on some items this can be as much as 45% cheaper
How to use your discount code
1. Add the products you would like to purchase to your shopping basket.
2. In your shopping basket, enter the required promotional code into the 'Gift Voucher / Offer Code' and click apply.
3. Please check that your code has been applied before you make the payment and that you have entered the minimum order amount for the current promotion.
Always double check that you've met the offer requirements, including using the code within the required dates - discounts usually end at midnight so do check that the code you're using hasn't expired! If the code is entered incorrectly or an order is placed without the code, the order cannot be altered once a purchase has been made.

We supply jewellery making supplies to everyone from hobbyists to professional jewellers, schools to shops. As we do not differentiate between our customers, our prices are the same whether you are ordering for retail or wholesale purposes.
Occasionally we will offer discounts/promotional codes or have ongoing promotions on the website which you will find on this page.
Standard Offer Terms & Conditions
- You may only use one promotional code per order.
- If there is a minimum order value requirement, this applies to product value and does not include any delivery charge.
- Orders will be sent 2nd class if standard delivery option is selected.
- Each promotional code has an expiry date and any orders received after the cut-off time will not qualify for the discount.
- For free gift offers, if you decide to place a return for the product which was required for the offer to be valid, the free gift must also be returned.
- If a discount code is entered incorrectly or an order is placed without the code, this order cannot be altered once a purchase has been made.
- We regret that due to an increase in orders during promotional offers, items cannot be added or merged with previous orders.
- Sometimes certain products may not be possible to include in a discounted offer so for clarity they may be removed from the website for the duration of the offer.
- We reserve the right to amend or withdraw promotions at any time and for any reason without prior notice.
- We reserve the right to refuse, restrict or limit orders.
- Free delivery offers exclude the Channel Islands.
Frequently asked questions
Why isn't my code working?
If you are having problems applying a discount code, there are a few checks you can do before getting in touch with us. Firstly check that you have typed the required code correctly into the 'Gift Voucher /Offer Code' box in the shopping basket and that you have clicked apply. Make sure you have read and followed any conditions of the discount, for example meeting the required minimum order spend or adding required products to the basket. Check the date and make sure the code is still active. If you are still having problems, let us know and we will look into it for you. You are also more than welcome to place your order over the phone with a discount code.
I forgot to add the discount code, what do I do?
If the code is entered incorrectly or an order is placed without the code, the order cannot be altered once a purchase has been made.
