Thanks for great and speedy service. I've ordered a few times before and you always pay attention to any special instructions - the Lapis Lazuli cabochon I ordered this time was just as I wanted. It can be difficult to order crystals/ gemstones online as you are never quite sure of the quality or colour that you'll get - no such worries with Kernowcraft - you really do care about your products and clients and it shows.

Kernowcraft, you are magical. I contacted you a few days ago with some queries, you were helpful and friendly and helped me to decide what I wanted - eventually ordered two of the brass wire gallery ring settings, a labradorite 12mm round and a rainbow obsidian 14x10mm, both with requests as to the colour of the stones. They arrived this moring, and are beautiful. At first I was unsure if the obsidian was too dark, but when I held it in the light it has this beautiful ring of green lustre, so I'm over the moon. I have been a customer for about 20 years, the quality of the stones and beads are amazing and I love the limited stones and beads. When the packages arrive I have a little ritual, I make myself a coffee and sit at the table at my patio windows with my design books and open each bag containing the goodies, holding them up to the light and getting excited and inspired by all the colours. My 11 year old daughter has now got in on the act, although she doesn't get the coffee!
