Kitiki Rotary Studio Tumbler Kit For Polishing Glass & Stone
This kit has everything you need to start tumble polishing your own glass, pebbles, rocks, shells or gems to a matt or gloss finish! Tumble polishers (also known as rock tumblers, lapidary tumblers and rotary tumblers) work by `tumbling` the grit particles around in the spinning barrel which repeatedly fall onto the material being polished and the tiny scratches gradually polish the surface. The polish then brings your items to a glossy shine.
The kit comprises of an electric motor base, four 510g rubber barrels (one for each of the three grits and polish), a set of three abrasive grits (graded silicon carbide), cerium oxide polish and plastic pellets (for a final polish). For more information on the grits and polish click here.
If you are looking to tumble polish metal then we have a separate tumbler for metal jewellery available for this, or a complete kit which covers all options! Click here for more information.
