Mail order shopping is just so easy, no driving into town in busy traffic, hunting for a parking space, petrol and parking costs and crowds of people. We know your time is precious, so why not shop from the comfort of your own home and let us do the hard work!

We are here waiting for your order - simply place your order on the website, by phone or post and we will rush your order to you as soon as possible! We process all orders as soon as we can - if you order before 12 noon we will send your order the same day wherever possible (items that need setting or sizing in the workshop may take slightly longer).

Shop online on our secure website 24 hours a day for shopping at your convenience. Our new website is easy to navigate and even if you have never shopped on the internet before you will find our website simple to use.
We are constantly updating our website with new stock, special offers, jewellery ideas, projects and new photos, so check the site regularly to make sure you don't miss out on some great offers and new products to make your jewellery creations that bit more special.

We know at times you would much rather speak to a real person to place your order, ask for advice or for help selecting the perfect coloured stone for that special project. Just give us a ring on 01872 573888 our friendly team of staff are always happy to help.
We are here to take your calls monday to thursday 8.30 - 4.30 and fridays 9-4. Outside office hours and during our lunch break (12.30 - 1.30) we have an answerphone, so leave us a message and we'll call you back. If you are placing an order over the phone we will need your credit or debit card details to take payment.
Post or Fax - 01872 573704
You are welcome to post or fax your order to us with your credit or debit card details or with a postal order or cheque. Most of our customers now prefer to place their order by phone or website as you will receive your order quicker. But if you would rather use the post, write out your order (you can download an order form here to print or simply write on some paper). Please include the product code and size or colour choices and your full contact details including your telephone number for any queries relating to your order.
