Returns

We hope you are happy with your order

We hope you are happy with your purchases and will enjoy creating some beautiful jewellery. If you have any queries or a problem with something you have ordered, please click here to send us an email. Our friendly team are also available on the phone to answer your queries - so if you'd rather speak to a real person, give us a call, we are always happy to help!

 

Thinking of returning an item?

If for any reason you are not satisfied with an item, you have 28 days to return it to us unused and in its original packaging and we will refund you, issue you with a credit note or exchange it for you. We regret that, for hygiene reasons, we are unable to accept returns of earrings which we have set for you and we also reserve the right to refuse returns on any earrings or earring findings which show signs of being used. Please follow the returns guidelines below to ensure we are able to help you and your return reaches us.

Important information if returning an item set by us in our workshop: We are sure you will love your bespoke item. In the unlikely event that you should wish to return an item that we have set for you in our workshop we reserve the right to charge a restocking fee where this is unavoidable (in some instances we have to unset the stone and scrap the ring itself). Please get in touch if you are considering returning an item to us and we will be able to assist you.
 


How to return an item to us

1. Write to us with your order number, full name, address and phone number explaining whether you would like a refund or exchange. Please also tell us the reason you are returning the item - this helps us to ensure the high quality of our products and improve our service to you. Please note: Postage and setting service charges are not refundable.

2. Always return your goods in a padded envelope, no matter how small the item. We cannot be held responsible for items lost or damaged in the post.

3. Make sure you know the correct return postage and attach enough stamps to the parcel. We recommend taking it to your local post office to ensure you have paid the correct postage for the size and weight of the parcel (insufficient postage can result in delays and a fine from Royal Mail).

4. For your peace of mind you may like to get a proof of postage from the post office, if for any reason your parcel does not reach us, this will enable you to make a claim from royal mail.
