Products That Could Cause Delay

Your order may take a little longer if…

We make every effort to get your order to you on time, but if you are ordering any of the following items, please be aware that your goods may take a little longer to prepare, so allow for this when placing your order.

Setting services & ring sizing: We finish our rings and pendant mounts in our workshop and will size finger rings on your order for you free of charge. If we are busy this could take up to a week but will usually be much quicker (the majority of settings are completed within a couple of days). If you are unsure please ask one of our team for more information or tell us if your order is needed urgently.

9ct Gold Sheet & Wire: We keep stock of the most popular sizes, but some items will be ordered specially for you. We usually receive deliveries once or twice a week. This may also apply to unusually large orders of Sterling Silver sheet.
