Website & Phone Orders

You can pay for your order on our website or over the phone with either a debit or credit card. We accept the following cards: Visa, Mastercard, Maestro, American Express or Electron.

Ordering Though The Post

We are pleased to still be able to accept payments by cheque as well as credit / debit cards. If you would prefer to pay by cheque or postal order you will need to send us your order through the post. We will need full payment for your order before we can post it out to you so please check for the most up to date prices on the website and remember to add on the correct delivery charge.

Guidelines on how to write your cheque... and avoid delays on your order

If you would prefer to pay by cheque please follow these guidelines carefully. This will prevent delays on your order caused by any underpayments due to mistakes or changes in prices, meaning you won’t need to send another cheque for the correct amount before we can send out your order. We know how important it is for you to receive the right order, on time, so by following the guidelines below you will help us to get your order to you as quick as we can.

1. Calculate your order and add on approximately £5 (this will allow for any small mistakes or small price changes (even the most careful people sometimes copy down a price incorrectly!). In the corner of the cheque (or anywhere there is some space) write “Not to exceed £…..” (then enter the approximate amount of your order). If you would like us to phone you to confirm the amount of your order we are happy to do so.

2. IMPORTANT: Make sure you leave the areas where you would normally write the amount of the cheque in numbers and figures blank – we will fill this in for you with the exact amount. If you write in this area we will not be able to use the cheque.

3. Make the cheque payable to Kernowcraft Rocks & Gems Ltd, then sign and date the cheque as normal.
