Carnelian Briolette Necklace

Carnelian Briolette Necklace

This simple design of this necklace leaves the beauty of the briolette gemstone to speak for itself. Additionally, the subtle shine of the 24K Gold Plated Flex Rite Wire really compliments the elegance of the briolette.

Are you thinking of making this as a gift? Why not add a presentation box or gift bag to your order.

Step by step instructions

Start by deciding the length you want your necklace.

Using side cutters cut the flex-rite wire to this length - leaving a few cm extra for work room.

Thread one end of the wire through a 2x2mm crimp, a jump ring then back through the crimp.

Gently squeeze together the crimp using snipe nose pliers and you will create a little round bead which secures as a normal crimp would.

Thread on the briolette bead to the other end of the wire.

Now thread this wire end through a 2x2mm crimp, the lobster clasp and back through the crimp and squeeze closed with pliers.

Your necklace is now complete!
