New arrivals to Kernowcraft...
We are always on the look out for unique and beautiful gemstones in all shapes and sizes. When new stocks arrive into Kernowcraft we all get very excited! After we have all calmed down a bit we then add them to our ‘Just Arrived’ page on the website so you can share in the excitement. We are lucky enough to have a huge variety of crystals, carvings and spheres to choose from. Our crystals are part of our limited range and therefore sell out quickly. Head pins and jump rings...
We know how important the small things are and our head pins and jump rings make the perfect essential products for many jewellery projects no matter how large or small. Why not also organise your findings by keeping them neat and tidy in our bead storage box (PB31) - you never know when you might need a jump ring!
Magnetic crimp clasps...
At the moment we especially love our sterling silver magnetic crimp clasp. These very neat little clasps are designed for soft flex style wire and means that you can do away with the need for separate crimps, clasps and jump rings. We think they look great on the new LS54 Extreme 925 flex wire. Simply feed your chosen thread (up to 0.07mm) into the hole and firmly crimp the tube using snipe or flat nose pliers -easy!
Quick crimp toggle clasps...
Continuing along this same theme we also love our sterling silver quick crimp toggle clasp. Simple to use and does away with the need for necklet ends, the toggle claps crimps directly on to your thread or cord – ready to use straight away.

As soon as the preview copy landed on our desk the whole office was clamoring for a look at the inspiring projects and itching to create some new jewellery with PMC. The layout is clear and simple with lots of step by step photographs to help you understand each stage of the projects. An excellent book for beginners as well as more advanced jewellery makers.
PMC Basics DVD by Tim McCreight. Tim McCreight is an inspiration to the world of Precious Metal Clay. This DVD clearly demonstrates working and texturing PMC, setting stones, firing, finishing and many other techniques along the way. We have all watched this DVD here and agree it's like having your own personal tutor! The nice thing about the DVD is you can play it to friends as you’re learning together and simply re-watch a section again and again until you get it right!
