As you may have noticed, our online store has been redesigned. Due to enhanced security features on the new site, the details you use to sign in to the site will have changed. If you had an account on our old site, please follow the instructions below:

• In the e-mail address/account number field, please enter your account number without the "WS"
  i.e. If your account number is "WS3215546", enter "3215546" in the e-mail address/account number field
• In the password field, enter your surname followed by the word "KERNOW", all in upper case
  i.e. If your surname is "Pendant", enter "PENDANTKERNOW" as your password.

After you have logged in, please change your password. Also, we recommend you update your information in the profile section.
